These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by GAPS E-LEARNING, operated by GAPS JAPAN Co., Ltd.. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Course Access & Usage

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials (videos, PDFs, quizzes, etc.) via your registered email within 24 hours.

  • Access is granted for the duration of your membership or the course period as specified at the time of purchase.

  • You may not share, resell, or distribute any course materials to others. Doing so will result in immediate suspension without refund.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including videos, documents, illustrations, and quizzes, is the intellectual property of GAPS E-LEARNING.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.

  • As this is a digital product, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the course has been accessed.

  • In case of double payment or a technical error, please contact support within 7 days.

4. User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable device for accessing the online content.

  • Any misuse, offensive behavior in community groups, or violation of rules may result in restricted access.

5. Certification

  • Certificates are issued upon completion of specific course requirements, including assignments, tests, or attendance.

  • GAPS E-LEARNING reserves the right to withhold certification if course standards are not met.

6. Membership Plans

  • If enrolled via a monthly membership plan, payments are recurring unless canceled manually by the user.

  • You can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time via your account dashboard.

7. Modifications

  • GAPS E-LEARNING reserves the right to change course content, pricing, or terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and/or notified via email.
